If you sponsor a student (or you would like to learn more about our sponsorship portal), this guide was made for you to get the most out of your experience!

Existing sponsors will first want to login at https://childrenofuganda.givecloud.co/account/login

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can also reset it here. If you need help logging in or would like to create an account with a different e-mail, please contact Nicole Moorman at [email protected].

STEP 1:

When you’ve successfully logged into GiveCloud, you should see the following “My Home” screen where you can access your account menu. You can make changes to your profile, address, payment method and more. To proceed to your student’s timeline (where you will find new photo, video and letter updates), click on “My Sponsorships” as shown below:

STEP 2:

You should now see a photo and brief description for your sponsored student or students. Click “View” for the student you want to see updates for. In this example, we see sweet Nuulu!

STEP 3:

This is your student’s profile page where you can see their name, ID number, birthday (if known), their school, grade level and more. To get to your child’s timeline, click on the “Updates” button located next to “Profile”.

STEP 4:

You did it! This is your student’s timeline, which will be updated on an ongoing basis throughout the school year and holidays with new photos, videos and letters.
