My Story

Harriet's History

Harriett comes from a family of 11 members in total, including her twin sister named Irene who is also a Children of Uganda sponsored student. Their parents disappeared some time ago and the girls are being raised by their grandparents, Godfrey and Edith.

The family was selected to join Children of Uganda's FASTrack (Family Accountability and Sustainability) program and have achieved significant results in their coffee and crop growing project. Their coffee garden looks healthy and is well-maintained thanks to support from their FASTrack partner.
