My Story

Background:

Jordon is a smart, social and hardworking young boy. Sadly, he was abandoned by his father and left in the care of his grandfather at the age of 7 months along with his two siblings. His parents are both mentally challenged and their whereabouts are unknown at this time. Jordan's grandfather, Steven, is a peasant farmer and he grows crops like beans, maize, cassava and bananas. He also keeps poultry. The family has a lot of demands and all responsibilities are on the grandfather. Children of Uganda supported the family with garden tools to boost their farming business, but they need additional support to reach self-sustainability.
